Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment you are kindly requested to do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation under 24 hours:
Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged at £15.
Missed appointment without notice:
Missed appointments will be charged at full fee.
Cancellations are taken by telephone only.
We are unable to deal with cancellations by email.
